There’s uncompromising AMCYL construction throughout each kettle: 18-gauge, beverage-grade 304 stainless steel body with tri-clad (stainless/aluminum/stainless) bottom for even heat distribution, riveted (not welded) heavy-duty handles with silicone covers, internal laser-etched measurement marks, and handsome brushed exterior finish.

Two pre-formed ports allow full flexibility with valves and accessories. The included weldless three-piece ball valve is a perfect fit in the lower port and is threaded to accept any 1/2″ NPT accessories, like an extension tube or our bazooka screen. The upper port has a secure plug included, removable for installation of an accessory bulkhead and accessories like our thermometers.

All this quality is topped with a secure lid with silicone handle cover that rests cleanly on the handles when not in use.
