Minneapolis, MN, July 28, 2023 – Minneapolis based All Safe Global expands its national presence by acquiring Sky Cylinder Testing, Inc. (“Sky Cylinder”).
All Safe Global (“ASG”) (allsafe.net), a leader in the compressed gas equipment industry, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Sky Cylinder Testing, Inc. with locations in both Evansville, IN, and Griffin, GA. The combination makes ASG the largest independent cylinder requalification company in the country.
Sky Cylinder Testing was established in 1999 in Indiana to requalify high pressure cylinders, propane cylinders, and refrigerant containers for the compressed gas industry. It is a leader in hydrostatic and ultrasonic testing. Sky expanded into the Southeast in 2014, when it added its Georgia plant.
ASG’s latest acquisition expands its national presence into the East Coast, giving it service centers in Minnesota, Arizona, Indiana and Georgia. ASG provides DOT cylinder requalification services in addition to wholesaling cylinders, valves and parts.
